EVENTS: SBIR/STTR Workshop & Innovation Summit

December is ripe with resources to help you navigate and engage in upcoming DoD SBIR/STTR opportunities that will be released on December 1, 2021 in their 22.1/A triannual cycle. The National Defense Industrial Association will be holding an in-person event on December 7, 2021 in Boston, MA at District Hall. You can register now by clicking here.

“This year’s event marks the 7th year of the NDIA SBIR Topic Workshop. This one day event will feature a half day of keynotes from government leadership and reviews of NAVSEA, NAVAIR, and DHS SBIR/STTR topics in the Broad Agency Announcement pre-release. The second half of the day will be devoted to one-on-one matchmaking with SBIR Program Managers”

DoD’s SBIR/STTR opportunities will be released on December 1, 2021 and run until January 12, 2022 the projects are in the “pre-release” phase and businesses can talk to the assigned technical points of contact and technical program managers about the opportunities. After January 12, 2022 (until February 10, 2022 when bidding is closed) they are in the “open” stage; companies can submit their proposals, but DoD cannot communicate with companies.
