Marketing Coordinator

401 Tech Bridge is seeking a well-rounded Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy marketing and communications materials and content for the website, social media platforms, email campaigns, newsletters, printed materials, programs, materials to support grant applications and deliverables, and events.
  • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of our brand.
  • Collaborate with the team in the creation of new services, projects, and events; develop a strategy to communicate with the identified audience, generating responses and leads.
  • Assist with strategizing, developing, and executing marketing communications plans.
  • Develop and coordinate event logistics and support event execution.
  • Research, pre-qualify and follow up on leads as deemed appropriate.
  • Build collaborative relationships with staff, partners, and vendors.

 

Desired Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Copywriting experience required.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools, Adobe Suite products, Salesforce, Pardot, and Word Press is recommended.
