Strike Industry Day Event Information – Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport
Code 25, Undersea Warfare Combat Systems Department – 02 November 2023
INDUSTRY DAY:
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport will hold a Code 25 Strike Industry Day on Thursday, 02 November 2023. The purpose of the Industry Day is to increase industry awareness of the upcoming services solicitation. This is a follow-on to contract N00178-19-D-8623/N66604-20-F-3002. The event will be held in-person at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport, Building 80, 1176 Howell Street, Newport, RI 02841.
REGISTRATION:
Each company interested in participating in this Industry Day must complete and submit the attached Industry Day Registration Form no later than 30 October 2023. Please submit the completed registration form via email to sarah.w.heard.civ@us.navy.mil. Walk-ins and unregistered personnel will not be permitted. Questions on the upcoming solicitation should be submitted via the registration form. No visit request is required for attendance.
TENTATIVE AGENDA:
- 0830 – Registration and Networking
- 0900 – Welcome and Contract Presentation
- 1030 – Event Concludes
QUESTIONS:
Questions on the upcoming solicitation should be submitted via the registration form in advance of the Industry day. Questions may not be taken during the event. All questions submitted via the registration form or asked during the industry day, and their subsequent answers, will be posted on the Seaport Portal.

Any information provided in response to this notice is not binding upon the Government. Industry will not be permitted to set up marketing material or have booth space at this event. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this notice and traveling to Industry Day will be solely at the interested parties’ expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future event. It is the responsibility of the potential interested respondees to monitor Seaport for additional information pertaining to the upcoming Industry Day. There will be no fee to attend, however, industry participants will be required to preregister.
